..And so training for Chickybabe continues this week for 11th September...half marathon.
AUGUST
15 - Rest Day!!!
16 - 20 minutes easy run.
17 - 40 minutes easy run.
18 - 30 minutes easy run + 4 x 100m strides
19 - TIME TRIAL 3km......growl! At evenly hard pace...6:45 each km. More growl!
20 - Rest or 20 minutes easy run.
21 - LONG RUN - 80 minutes.
I am so glad you enjoyed your run on Sunday LL. There certainly is something very special about the joy that comes from running.
