Diamond Fields Road for 16.3km. Warmer day...15 degrees! Low heart rate run...Avg. 99 , Max. 120bpm. 7:49 Pace. 2 hours.

A good run, easy enough to run & look at the sky, the fields, the animals & listen to the birds!
