Day 1 of 14 Day Program - A Moderate Day...Third Series.

10 minutes warm-up. Stretches.

45 to 65 minutes at 75 -80% of MHR

Short, brisk walk warm-down. Stretches.

Did 45 minutes @ Avg. 85% of MHR. Total of 7km.

This was a hard session for me today so I stopped at 45 minutes. Felt tired & had difficulty getting HR up to 85%. Has to get better!
