Day 12 - rest day ...2nd Series.

A walk, well clad for the conditions, into town - 20 minutes each way - to get the newspaper for the SMH Half Marathon results.

Confirmed Nett Time = 144:46; Gun Time = 146:20.

    With the performances of 'my' LL and Aki I needn't run for weeks!
