Heavy rain falling during the night & this morning so off to the gym & the treadmill for this session which I found very hard! Started the treadmill @ 9kph & increased to 11kph.
Splits = 6:45; 6:21; 6:09; 5:56; 5:23
Time = 30:36
Those splits look great LL, especially that last one. Well done.
ReplyDeleteDo you find treadmill running harder than road running? I sure do. I find its an effort to get anywhere near the speed I would outside.
I find the treadmill quite a bit easier than running outside, Tess. I just keep jacking up the speed & have to stay with it....or else!!!!

Oh if it would only rain up here in sunny Brisbane. My garden is looking so sad. Because of water restrictions, you have to fill buckets and carry to the garden. I spent Saturday afternoon doing this but it is impossible to do everything that way.
ReplyDeleteHave dug up a lot of my bulbs and put them in pots, so it is easier to water them, otherwise I feared thay would perish.
