Short & Sweet....!




Program : Easy, low HR Run 30 -40 minutes.

40 minutes with HR between 110 to 120bpm.

Driving to Canberra tomorrow, Wednesday, for ACTVAC 1500m race on Thursday night!

If it's 95 degrees again...I ain't running nowhere!!
