Program: 30-40 minutes run with HR 120bpm out & 130bpm back..negative split. (This didn't happen!)
Every run lately feels a struggle....even short, easy ones like today's.
Avg. HR = 115; Max HR = 131
51 minutes: 25 out & 26 back.
