Week 5 (of 5) to Gold Coast .......Day 1 (of 7!)


Program : Monday...Easy Short Run. 30-40 minutes.

First half at HR 120; 2nd half at 130bpm.


Heavy mist & light rain. Gym treadmill.


20 minutes @ 120bpm with treadmill at 9kph.

20 minutes @ 130bpm with treadmill at 10.5kph.


Second half was hard!

  1. I'm not surprised the second half was hard! I find it so much more difficult to hit a decent pace on a treadmill.
