Easy Day ~~~

Another glorious day with blue skies smiling at me while I took an easy day between two key workouts, yesterday's track and tomorrow's tempo run.

Few warm-up drills
25 min easy running
Amy : 'Wake me when there's something worth watching on TV.'
4 x 80m strides....walk back between
5 min easy.
Stretches.

For today  :  35 minutes easy.
