I noticed you had a high HR very early in the run, in the first km, which is highly unusual. Perhaps a problem with the monitor unless you sprinted down the hill! You've been training hard, so no fresh legs. Don't worry about it.
More like a problem with me rather than the monitor, Ewen! I had difficulty breathing right from the start, hence the walk breaks. I was very disappointed but will try not to worry about it! Thanks for comments & advice...always appreciated!
